The Sims 2: Seasons

Ok, well i got the sims 2 seasons today (well, its now early Sunday morning so technically it was yesterday, saturday) and since it was out on friday it's spoilt my track record of getting every sims game the day it come out which i've managed to do for 10 of them in a row. Never mind...
So lets have a mini review. This is the first time they've got a new base neighborhood and i went straight in and decided to play this family there. The family has a nice dynamic to start with since they got 2 old women and a man and a teen boy. The house itself is fantastic. The view from the front into the kitchen is brilliant and shows off the entire kitchen which is in itself really good with benches going through the middle and stuff. It has 2 living areas, a dining room, a porch, a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and lots of decoration outside. I particularly like the way that the rooms seem to be built around eachother and doesn't look like 1 room with lots of rooms hanging off the edge. The rooms themselves are nicely decorated aswell.
And as for the game, i havn't went through it much yet so i coudn't say much about the gameplay. I have noticed though that if you pause the game while its snowing (and i'll assume its probably the same for raining and hailstoning) and then move the camera or rotate it from side to side, the snow moves with the camera and if you rotate it up and down, it seems to have some weird effect which i can't really explain well. Also, it's good how the snow settles outside but if you put the camera inside, you can't see the snow falling any more so you can't watch the snow inside with your sims. Bit annoying really considering the game is based around that practically.
But apart from that, it seems great so far and i'll be back on it tomorrow.
We had a solar eclipse today aswell which i watched. It was quite good! The moon went very red and even though it was all covered at one point, you could see the entire moon because of the redness. I also liked it when it was coming back and half of it was white and the other half was red and there was a big fade in the middle.
