I just came across a theory that people actually believe which is that the earth is flat. I thought it was interesting enough to blog so here's a nice small quick summary of this theory...

These people think that there is a big conspiracy going on where they don't really go into space but instead make fake photos and pretend they have. They don't say why they would have these intentions but say that it is possible. They also say that everything is moving upwards everywhere so that is how gravity is caused. As you can see, Antartica doesn't exist but is instead a big ice wall which stops the water from falling off the edge. On their site they explain that the sun and moon in this picture are infact 1/40 the size that they are shown on the map.

They also believe that Sunrise and Sunset and basically everything in space is just an optical illusion. Here's their website if you want to have a look yourself:
